Professionalism, Expertise and High Ethical Standards
Real estate is the most valuable transaction most people ever enter into. They need to know that their Realtor is equipped to do the job and do it right.
Some real estate licensees are “part timers” who occasionally get involved in sales. Many think that all they have to do is fill out a few forms, list a house, and wait for the closing. The sale of a property has requirements that are the responsibility of the brokers and agents. If a licensee is not up to date with the latest law, principles and practices, very expensive mistakes may occur.
A high school education and some real estate courses are all someone needs to get a license. Finding competent real estate representation is important but not always easy. At IDR we thoroughly review prospective agents to make sure they are professional, educated, and ethical.
Real estate is complicated, technical, and highly regulated. If you are buying or selling, you will have many questions. We encourage our clients to ask questions because we want you to be comfortable with the process.
